New Hiring Guidelines Developed by DOS Staff
In order to facilitate the hiring process and to provide greater accountability and transparency, DOS has developed hiring guidelines for internal and external postings for open positions. A need for guidelines was identified during the first open staff forum held in December and a working group was formed to work on this project.
