DOS Staff Volunteers are Needed to Assist Seniors Moving Out of Carmichael Towers and Highland Quad on Saturday, May 9th
Historically, the Dean of Students staff members generate a lot of fanfare when our first year students arrive on campus, but we don’t really pay much attention to our seniors as they depart campus.
Again this year we invite you to participate in our 2015 Senior Move Out Day on Saturday, May 9th in Carmichael Towers and on Highland Quad.
DOS staff volunteers will have the opportunity to say goodbye and help guarantee a safe departure for our Senior Class. Staff will help direct traffic, a greeter in the lobby areas, hosting at the hospitality tent , bellboy cart wranglers, a resource for parents, or a floor monitor. Some volunteers may monitor floors to prevent oversize items from being discarded down the trash chutes.
You should already of received an Evite to sign up for an 8am -11:00am shift or an 11:00 – 2:00pm shift. If you have not yet done so, please RSVP and let me know if you would like to help out at the Towers or at Highland Quad and what your shift preference is.
Grab and go breakfast, snacks and refreshments will be provided for all volunteers.
