E-Systems
GRANTS.GOV
Grants.gov is an official government website designed as a central location for grantees to find funding opportunities and submit grant applications to federal agencies. Campus users create a personal account via the grants.gov homepage and associate with the university before having their role(s) confirmed by SPA.
EBRAP (DOD)
The DOD's Congressionally Directed Medical Research Programs eBRAP System allows PIs to submit pre-applications electronically through a secure connection and view and edit the contents of their pre-applications and full applications, as submitted through Grants.gov. PIs who need to review a submission register for a personal account via the eBRAP homepage and request affiliation with Vanderbilt University.
PAMS (DOE)
The Portfolio Analysis and Management System (PAMS) is a web-based system employed by the DOE Office of Science for a variety of proposal submission and award management tasks, including LOIs, Budget Revisions, Award Modification Requests, and post-award reporting. Users who require access must create a personal account via the PAMS website and associate their account with the university. SPA must then approve the request and grant access for each record individually. Please contact SPA for more information.
NSPIRES (NASA)
NSPIRES is web-based system that supports the entire lifecycle of NASA research solicitations and awards but is primarily used by SPA for proposal submissions. University employees must register for a personal account and request affiliation with the university, which will be reviewed and approved by SPA.
G5 (DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION (INSTITUTE OF EDUCATION SCIENCES, IES)
G5 is the system used for post-award functions related to Department of Education grants. SPA has limited access to information in this system (only award documents) and most functions require the PI to access their account.
