Hailing from Centreville, Illinois, Damica Odom (she, her, hers) first fell in love with Nashville during her undergraduate years at Tennessee State University. 

Before joining Residential Colleges, Damica served as the assistant director of the first-year experience at Harris-Stowe State University in St. Louis, Missouri. She brings a wealth of experience in student development and program coordination to the role of program coordinator and is elated to join the Vanderbilt team!

As a program coordinator on The Ingram Commons, Damica advises the HPACs and partners in programming with faculty in Crawford, East, and West houses. She also co-leads the Commons Cup and oversees the End of Year Block Party and Welcome to the Block, Commodores events.
