Kate Bystrova

Kate joined the Research Development and Support team as a Graduate Assistant for the 2024–2025 Academic Year. She is responsible for managing the VandyQuest platform as well as providing additional research development support for the team. Kate is a Second-Year Graduate Student at Peabody College enrolled in a Dual Track Human Development Counseling Program. She earned her B.S. in Integrated Marketing Communication and B.A. in Spanish Language from Slippery Rock University in 2018. Before joining the RDS team, Kate worked as a Senior Account Executive and a Junior Team Lead at Semrush, an all-in-one digital marketing platform, where she held positions in multiple offices across the world including the U.S., Russia and Thailand.
