Fitness Programs: Summer 2024
We offer a variety of fitness programs to learn new skills and get you started with your workouts. Registration is required.
Instructional Programs:
REGISTER
Summer 2024 Shotokan Karate
This 10-week class will teach Shotokan karate, a traditional Japanese martial art. The classes will meet twice a week and all levels are welcome. Students will learn and practice karate stances, blocks, and movement.
Days: Tuesdays and Thursdays
Time: 5:30 – 7:30 PM
Location: Tuesday classes meets in Studio C
Thursday classes meet in Studio B
Dates: June 4 – August 8
