Full Description | This full-time position offers a mentored training experience in research cardiovascular disease management and research on cardiovascular risk reduction, emphasizing the development of interventions to promote healthy lifestyle behaviors (e.g., low sodium diet, nutritious eating, stress management, symptom management, sleep health, and physical activity). The training will emphasize both individual (patient-centered or caregiver-centered) and/or patient-caregiver dyadic approaches, providing a strong foundation on self-care strategies for patients with heart failure, hypertension, and related conditions, and informal caregivers of patients with chronic diseases. |
