Fisk University and Vanderbilt University announce the immediate availability of two EMIT (Establishing Multimessenger Astronomy Inclusive Training) Postdoctoral Fellowships. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to conduct research in observational, computational, instrumental, or theoretical approaches to understanding what photons, gravitational waves, and/or particles reveal about the Universe, and will contribute to building a community that values diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility. EMIT Fellows will receive intensive professional and personal mentoring within a collaborative and vibrant research environment with the intent to prepare them for faculty positions, at least one of which is anticipated to be at Fisk University.
