Posse Foundation
The Posse Foundation identifies public high school students with extraordinary academic and leadership potential and extends to those students the opportunity to pursue personal and academic excellence by placing them in supportive, multicultural teams. Posse’s partner colleges and universities award Scholars four-year, full-tuition scholarships.
The concept of a Posse is rooted in the belief that a small diverse group of talented students — a Posse — carefully selected and trained, can serve as a catalyst for increased individual and community development. One of the primary aims of the Posse program is to train these diverse young leaders of tomorrow.
