Plant Ops University
Plant Ops University is a six-week course designed for Vanderbilt staff and faculty to learn about what Plant Operations does. The course is tailored to include helpful information on how faculty and staff might successfully interact with Plant Operations and focuses on troubleshooting. Topics in the course include: electricity, plumbing, mechanical systems, custodial and grounds maintenance, sustainability, and renovation projects.
Classes are held on Mondays from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., and lunch is provided. Any staff or faculty member can enroll in the class by contacting Gloria Smith at gloria.smith@Vanderbilt.Edu or 615-322-3526.
