The Village at Vanderbilt Townhouses are located adjacent to the Peabody campus and the Martha Rivers Ingram Commons.
Each townhouse houses three students and consists of one double bedroom and one single bedroom, a full kitchen, a dining area, a living room, one full bathroom, and one-half bathroom. Each unit is fully carpeted and air-conditioned. In addition, all townhouses feature a second-floor balcony.
