Pace Giga 1200

The Pace Giga 1200 vibratory polisher provides gentle polishing of regular and irregular-shaped solid samples. Control of both the vibration frequency and voltage allows for varying polishing speeds and accommodating different sample sizes/weights. Timer controls allow for extended, unattended polishing. The Giga 1200 accepts any adhesive-backed 12″ polishing cloth along with any solution-based polishing abrasive. Standard sample holders for 1.25″ and 1.5″ diameter samples are provided with the instrument. Additional sample holders can be purchased from Pace depending on the application/user need. Samples may also be polished without using any sample holder, which provides a very gentle polishing action appropriate for delicate or irregular-shaped samples.

Usage of the Pace vibratory polisher is charged on an hourly basis. All training and reservations for the Pace vibratory polisher are handled via MDERFH’s iLab Core.
