Hyrel Hydra 430 3D Printer
The Hyrel Hydra 430 is a gantry-style 3D printer that is currently configured for printing cementitious materials, with optional dual heads for simultaneous printing of multiple samples. The printer bed features a 400 mm x 300 mm x 250 mm build area, and the hardware provides a 60 µm positional accuracy. The EMO-XT printing heads are specifically designed for extruding pastes and contain a 25mL reservoir and removable nozzle tip, allowing for various filament size configurations.
The Hyrel 3D Printer is currently scheduled on a project-by-project basis. Please contact MDERFH to discuss availability of the instrument.
