Rashad joined the Office of Investments in 2022 as an investment manager on the public investments team. He began his career in finance in 2011 as an investment banker in the Leveraged Finance Origination & Restructuring group at Credit Suisse. Following his time at CS, he led the Federal Reserve Board Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review quarterly credit stress testing program within the Asset Management line of business at JP Morgan. Rashad most recently worked at Morgan Stanley, originating and executing Collateralized Loan Obligation (CLO) transactions on behalf of loan portfolio Investment Managers. Prior to his career in finance, Rashad served as a nuclear trained naval submarine officer. He received his B.S. in Computer Science from the United States Naval Academy in 2001 and his MBA from the Wharton School of Business in 2011.
