Tetris
TPAC's Polk Theater
Have lunch with us on Valentine’s Day and enjoy learning about dance company Arch 8 and their interactive work Tetris. Inspired by the addictive puzzle game and the twists and turns of a Rubik’s Cube, Tetris has performers fitting, merging, stacking, and combining in various feats. Artistic Director Erik Kaiel will guide our lunchtime experience that features his company from the Netherlands.

A Raisin in the Sun
; written by Lorraine Hansberry , produced by Nashville Repertory Theatre, and featuring Eddie George as Walter Lee Younger. Artistic Director Rene Copeland will guide discussion and cast members will perform excerpts of the first play to appear on Broadway by an African American playwright.

The Melodores

Formed in spring 2009 on the Vanderbilt campus,
The Melodores
include about a dozen members, all of whom are current Vanderbilt students. They were named the winners of The Sing-Off in 2014, the only collegiate champions in the show's history. The Melodores' repertoire spans multiple genres. The group is known for performing rock, hip-hop, r&b, pop, country, reggae, and more.
