Vanderbilt Signs Priority Agreement w/ New Off-Campus Housing Partner

Vanderbilt’s Office of Housing and Residential Education is happy to announce that they have signed a priority agreement with Midtown Place, a brand new off-campus apartment building, conveniently located on 18th avenue south, just minutes from both the central and Peabody campuses. From now until April 30th, Vanderbilt Undergraduates will have first priority to rent units in the brand new Midtown Place apartments.

Midtown Place is scheduled to open on August 1st, and will have 44 one bedroom units and 16 two bedroom units. Midtown place features stainless steel appliances, washer & dryer hookups, hardwood floors, and modern finishes. Midtown Place will also feature underground parking, with additional parking across the street.
