Olto Thomas, one of our Hubert H. Humphrey visiting fellows at Vanderbilt and an educator from Papua New Guinea, will give a presentation about the effect of corruption in the government while this country continues to grow. With resource development on the rise and continued growth a consistent trend, it is important to consider initiatives to combat corruption.
