Will you be traveling out of the country for Study Abroad or for the Winter Holidays?
If yes, travel safe and schedule your free travel consultation at the Student Health Center 4 weeks in advance of your departure.
Start by Visiting the Student Health Website here to complete your online Pre-Travel Questionnaire. You will be contacted to schedule an appointment with our dedicated travel nurse or one of our skilled providers. At your consultation, We will review your immunization records, make vaccine and travel recommendations, prescribe necessary medications, suggest packing list items, and give you information regarding seeking health care abroad.
It will only take 20-30 minutes of your time to get updated vaccinations, prescriptions, travel tips & pre-cautions from our providers.
