The Portal to Mexico City
The Portal to Mexico City arrives September 18th!
Location: The Commons Center, South Patio Lawn
Public Hours: Sept. 18 to Oct. 12 Wednesday through Friday from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Portals is a public art initiative connecting individuals across the globe in conversation through the use of modern technology in a custom-designed gold shipping container. When you enter, you will come face-to-face with someone in Mexico, and the two of you converse as if in the same room. Translation is provided if needed.
