The Place with One Clinic: Jackson Screening and Discussion in Recognition of the 45th Anniversary of the Roe v. Wade decision
In recognition of the 45th anniversary of the Roe v. Wade decision, Vanderbilt’s Women’s Center will host a screening of the award-winning documentary Jackson.
The film examines the restrictions placed on women’s reproductive rights by profiling the Jackson Women’s Health Organization, the only operational abortion clinic in the state of Mississippi. After the film, a panel composed of representatives of several campus-based reproductive rights organizations will lead a discussion.
