This session, What’s your Muse? Finding Your “Why” and Mastering Motivation, will help you explore what motivates you as a leader, address lack of motivation, and help you explore strategies for motivating your peers. Participants of this interactive session will have an opportunity for practical and personal application of the motivation theories and will learn from each other how to become better motivators!

Sessions are casual and open to anyone. Each session is included in Design Your Vanderbilt (DYV). Leadership development is a lifelong process, and as leaders in your student organizations, we encourage you to engage in opportunities that allow you to enhance your leadership skills and further develop your leadership identity.
