Refugee Resettlement in Nashville

Join us to learn more about the refugee resettlement experience in Nashville. We will be hearing from Alvaro Barrenechea, a staff attorney for TN Justice for Our Neighbors. Justice For Our Neighbors provides free or low-cost immigration legal services to low-income immigrants, refugees, and asylum-seekers. Mr. Barrenechea will provide valuable insight on the legal side of the refugee and immigrant journey to settling in Nashville. Feel free to come with any questions you might have!
This event is the last of the 3-part Refugee Experience Speaker Series. Everyone is welcome, including remote students. Audience members will have a chance to win Apple AirPods Pro or a Nintendo Switch (received by mail)! Each previous attendance at a speaker event will count towards an additional raffle ticket.
