PARK(ing) Day 2017

Vanderbilt’s FutureVU team will be participating in PARK(ing) Day on Friday, Sept. 15 from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Cities across the world participate in the event which serves to draw attention to the use of public space in urban areas by temporarily turning parking spaces into parks and parklets.  Stop by the 5A parking lot (along 21^st Avenue across from Wilson Hall) to see the FutureVU team transform 17 parking spaces into one large park with areas of seating, games, music, art and more. Enjoy free coffee in the morning and free ice cream in the afternoon!
