On Writing, with Paige Seals

In her role as counsel for members of the state legislature, Paige Seals drafts legislation and prepares abstracts and summaries for bills and amendments. She also works with the publisher of Tennessee Code Annotated to codify the public laws. Seals has worked as an attorney with the Office of Legal Services for the Tennessee General Assembly since 1997.
On Writing is a series of conversations with faculty and other advanced writers exploring the techniques, joys, and difficulties, of writing in all fields and disciplines. We examine routines and idiosyncrasies and discuss how a writer generates ideas, copes with various anxieties, and cultivates a style.
