“Mindfulness Workshop with HUMP”
Please join us for this week’s McGill Hour for a Mindfulness Workshop with Holistic Union of Mind and Physicality (HUMP). We will learn different meditation and mindfulness techniques and watch some cool videos! Techniques we will focus on range from diaphragmatic breathing and progressive muscle relaxation to daily mindfulness tricks you can do walking to and from class. See you on HUMP day!
This McGill Hour will be taking place on Wednesday, Nov. 18 from 6:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. in the McGill TV Lounge.
