Lyft Code Waiver
The University has signed a new contract with Lyft which stipulates that students will only be able to use university-issued Lyft Codes if they have completed an online waiver AND are 18 and older. This includes codes that are issued by VSG for students to use to travel to and from the airport before and after thanksgiving, winter, spring, and summer breaks. The link to the form is here: https://forms.vanderbilt.edu/view.php?id=1445038. Students need only complete this waiver once for it to be valid for the remainder of their time at Vanderbilt and signing this waiver means that you will be able to save up to 20% or more on each ride that the code is eligible for. It is also important to note that students will need to have completed the waiver by Sunday, November 14 in order to use it for the upcoming Thanksgiving break. You will receive the code for thanksgiving break on or before November 17th, 2021.
