With what will be another packed semester, it’s important that you plan ahead for some downtime. Let’s discuss how you can intentionally build breaks into your schedule. Dr. Jill Stratton, Asst. Provost for Experiential Learning will share some tips on how to organize your commitments and prioritize YOURSELF. There will be drawing for relaxation kits. This discussion will be offered twice to accommodate different students’ schedules.
