In this 3-week UCC workshop series, you will learn about the concept of self-compassion and how to practically incorporate it into your daily life. This series is designed to help you become less self-critical and respond to your daily struggles with kindness and compassion, rather than judgment and criticism. Each workshop in the series will integrate psychoeducation, hands-on exercises, and interactive discussions to help you develop strategies and ways of thinking that will serve to increase your overall level of self-compassion and wellbeing.
