Virtual (see Anchor Link for Zoom information)

Several years ago, Donald Clifton, Ph.D., asked one question that sparked the birth of Strengths Psychology: “What would happen if we actually study what is right with people?” In partnership with Gallup, the CliftonStrengths assessment was created from the perspective of Positive Psychology. Strengths research was conducted over 3 decades, spanning 30+ cultures, leading to 430+ talents, which were condensed to 34 themes and 4 domains. Everyone may embody all 34 themes, but 5 rise to the top.

Each session is limited to 30 students. Come as a solo leader or bring members of your student organization and/or executive board. Students must register by the deadline stated below for the remaining dates.  Students must take the CliftonStrengths Assessment the day before attending the workshop. Once you RSVP for the workshop, we will send you your unique access code and instructions. RSVP on Anchor Link by clicking on your desired workshop.
