On-Campus Housing Incentives for Study Abroad
New incentives have been added to Vanderbilt’s program of fall-specific study abroad benefits. In addition to scholarships for most fall abroad programs and early registration for spring classes, students who study abroad in the fall can now receive special housing perks after they return from abroad: Priority for housing assignments in Spring 2020, and a housing lottery bonus for off-campus authorization or for single rooms for the 2020–2021 academic year. To help students take advantage, the Global Education Office is extending applications for most Fall 2019 programs to February 27.
