Posted by on Monday, January 21, 2019 in Archives, News.

Thank you all for your expressed interest so far in Vanderbilt University LGTBQI Life’s 2019 OUT in Front Conference! To remind you, this year’s conference will take place on Saturday, February 23, on Vanderbilt’s Campus.

We’re happy to share that Registration for Out in Front 2019 is now live, and can be accessed here. I’d like to remind you that the conference is free to attend, and the first 150 registrants will receive free lunch through Vanderbilt’s Rand Dining Hall, so be sure to register soon so that you won’t miss out!

Additionally, we are now opening our form for Session Proposals. If you have any interest in facilitating a session at this conference, please submit a proposal as soon as possible! We’re interested in providing a huge variety of sessions related to our theme, “Homegrown Futures: Queer Southern Imagination,” and are accepting proposals from facilitators/presenters of all experience levels. Please let us know if you have any questions, and we are so looking forward to seeing what you all put together to make this conference amazing. The form for submitting a session proposal can be accessed here.

We are immensely excited to see where OUT in Front takes us this year! Please be on the look out for updates as the conference approaches, like the nearing announcement of our keynote speaker, and important logistical information. As always, please do not hesitate to reach out to me at maria.a.bednar@vanderbilt.edu.
