The film traces the post-colonial social and political upheavals of Chile through the genre of magical realism. At its core is the stormy relationship between the supernaturally gifted Clara and her controlling husband. An all-star cast plays in this timeless story of secrets, seduction, revenge and forgiveness. English and Spanish with English subtitles. DVD. 140 minutes.
