Stefanie Herrmann Tola, Nicaragua - Foundation for Sustainable Development - Las Puertas del Saber

In the Summer of 2012 Stefanie interned at the Puertas del Saber community library for the Foundation for Sustainable Development in Tola, Nicaragua. There she implemented a new after-school program for children aged 5-13 years, she sought out alternative funding resources, and helped start a community tourism program with a nearby resort complex.
