Sample Immersion Timeline. First-year: Pre-Immersion work. Learn about immersion in Vanderbilt Visions; enroll in a Commons iSeminar; explore the Immersion Database. Sophomore: Fall Semester Immersion Planning. Begin drafting your immersion plan; work with the Office of Immersion Resources and college/school immersion partners. Spring Semester: Submit your plan for approval, depending on your college/school specific process. Junior: Immersion Experiences. Engage in immersive inquiry in and beyond the classroom; develop skills and knowledge. Senior: Final project. Complete the final project; present your work at an Immersion showcase.
