Bring the Au Bon Pain

Vanderbilt’s newest dining option, Au Bon Pain, is now open in the space formerly occupied by McDonald’s on the Medical Center Plaza.

The new restaurant features a wide variety of menu options including a salad bar with more than 30 items, hot grab-and-go entrees, soups, sandwiches, wraps, baked goods, a smoothie bar, breakfast items, healthy snacks and beverages.

Au Bon Pain will open with operating hours of 5 a.m. to midnight, Monday through Friday, and 6 a.m. to 11 p.m., on Saturday and Sunday. The new venue has plans to eventually move to a 24-hour operations schedule.

Au Bon Pain’s temporary kiosk location in the North Lobby of Light Hall has closed.
