Fall 2024 Weekly Wellbeing Practices

Weekly Wellbeing Practices start 9/9 and end 12/5. There will be no Weekly Wellbeing Practices during fall break (Oct 10/11) and Thanksgiving week (Nov 25-29)

Yoga

Meditation

  • Meditation Monday with Peabody Student Life, 1:15-1:45pm, Center for Student Wellbeing and Zoom
  • Thursdays, 5:30-6pm, Center for Student Wellbeing

Drop-in Coaching

  • Tuesdays, 11am-1pm, Black Cultural Center
  • Wednesdays, 12pm-2pm, Center for Student Wellbeing

VRS

  • Grad/Professional Students & Staff/Faculty VRS Meeting, Mondays, 12-1pm, Center for Student Wellbeing VRS Lounge
  • VRS Pride Meeting, 2nd & 4th Wednesdays, 12-2pm, Center for Student Wellbeing VRS Lounge
  • VRS Meeting, Thursdays 8-9pm, Center for Student Wellbeing VRS Lounge

Massages (Drop-In at the CSW for a chair massage)

  • Wednesdays, 1-3, CSW Meditation Room 

Drop-In Coaching

Meet with a CSW coach to discuss concerns impacting your wellbeing or academic success. For example: stress management, time management, organization skills, or positive coping strategies.
