Associate Director of Executive Projects
Schyler Turrin currently serves as the associate director of executive projects in the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Government and Community Relations. In this role, she leverages her expertise in higher education and policy to drive strategic initiatives and manage executive projects. Her previous roles at Vanderbilt include project manager in the Office of the Vice Provost for Career Advancement and Engagement and project and program manager in the Office of the Provost. In these positions, she successfully developed growth strategies, managed large-scale projects and implemented standard operating procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance.
Turrin has a proven track record of managing multi-million dollar budgets, overseeing internal funding opportunities and facilitating the success of academic strategic plans. Her skills in program management, change management, teamwork and project management have consistently contributed to the advancement of institutional goals and strategic priorities.
She holds a master’s degree in higher education administration from Vanderbilt University's Peabody College. Turrin also earned a bachelor of science from The George Washington University.
