Alabama
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
There are no known mandatory travel-related quarantine restrictions at this time. Until 31 May, a Safer-Apart order is in effect. This encourages or recommends people wear masks, maintain a six foot distance from people who are from other households, and frequently sanitize. Businesses are open, but must implement sanitation protocols.

Alaska
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Inbound travellers must submit a ‘Traveller Declaration Form’ and ‘Self-Isolation Plan’ to the Alaska Travel Portal. Authorities are encouraging individuals to voluntarily be tested on entry. Restaurants, salons, gyms, and entertainment venues can open at full capacity. Gatherings may take place without limits on participants, but individuals are encouraged to maintain social distancing if from separate households. Face coverings are required while in indoor public spaces and where social distancing is not possible. Individual cities or boroughs likely have local restrictions. Arizona
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
There are no known mandatory travel-related quarantine restrictions at this time. Retail establishments, other non-essential businesses, and restaurants are allowed to open, provided they follow social distancing and safety measures. Guidelines have been released to reopen gyms, movie theatres, and water parks. Events over 50 people no longer need local approval. Officials are encouraging the use of face masks; mandates may be imposed at the local city-level.

Arkansas
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
There are no known mandatory travel-related quarantine restrictions at this time. Restaurants, bars, retail establishments, gyms, and salons are allowed to open with additional safety protocols. Pre-approved events may have up to 100 participants. A state-wide face mask mandate is no longer in effect; however, individual city officials could impose local mask ordinances.

California
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
The state requires businesses to report COVID-19 outbreaks to local officials and their employees. Each county is assigned a color-coded tier (purple, red, orange, and yellow) to determine the level of restrictions. Many businesses are allowed to operate if they comply with state safety guidelines and capacity limitations based on the county’s tier. Restaurants, theaters, gyms, museums, bars, and restaurants can generally operate with restrictions. Public gatherings are limited if including people from separate households. Individuals over the age of two are required to wear face masks in public. Officials expect the state can fully reopen its economy around 15 June.

Colorado
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
There are no known mandatory travel-related quarantine restrictions at this time. Local jurisdictions have the ability to impose local measures. The mask mandate has been amended to require face masks be worn in a public indoor setting of 10 or more unvaccinated individuals, in counties where the incidence rate is 35/100,000. No mask is needed if at least 80 percent of the group is vaccinated. Communities retain the ability to impose local mandates. Any traveller spending one or more nights in Pitkin County, which includes Aspen and Snowmass, must complete a ‘Traveller Responsibility Code’ to acknowledge they are following CDC travel recommendations.

Connecticut
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Businesses are permitted to open with full capacity, provided that social distancing can be adhered to. Restaurants are allowed to operate with indoor seating, but must close by midnight. At commercial spaces, gatherings are generally limited to 100 people indoors and 200 outdoors. Private meetings must not include more than 25 people indoors and 100 outdoors. At both locations, group members must wear face masks and practise social distancing. A face mask is required in indoor and outdoor public spaces for anyone over the age of two when social distancing cannot be maintained. There is a $100 fine for anyone who violates the mask mandate. Officials are expected to ease additional measures from 19 May, which includes lifting all remaining restrictions on businesses.

Delaware
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
A State of Emergency remains in effect until at least 16 May. Restaurants, retailers, gyms, places of worship, arts venues, and other business spaces are limited to 50 percent capacity. Indoor public gatherings are limited to 25 people or 50 percent of the venue’s capacity (whichever is less) or 50 people outdoors. Pre-approved events may include 150 people indoors and 250 outdoors. Private gatherings should not include more than 10 people. Face coverings are required in public spaces, inside businesses, and on public transport, as well as outdoors when social distancing cannot be practiced.

District of Columbia
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Travelers from high-risk areas and for non-essential reasons are required to have a negative COVID-19 test no older than 72 hours prior to arrival, and must take another test locally, or quarantine for 14 days (individuals from Maryland and Virginia are exempt). Most non-essential businesses are allowed to reopen but must limit occupancy and comply with other restrictions. Live entertainment venues can reopen with 25 percent capacity or 500 people (whichever is less), cinemas can reopen with 25 percent capacity, non-essential retailers can operate with up to 50 percent capacity, and museums and libraries will resume at a 50 percent cap. Bars and nightclubs remain closed. Restaurants can open for indoor dining up to 25 percent capacity. Gatherings are generally limited to 50 people outdoors and 10 people indoors. Florida
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Officials have lifted travel restrictions on inbound visitors. All businesses are permitted to reopen at full capacity provided that social distancing is possible. City or county governments can impose local limitations, including on a venue’s capacity. Patrons and employees at businesses in some cities are required to wear masks. Georgia
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

Hawaii
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Inbound travelers must provide a negative COVID-19 NAAT test result no older than 72 hours or quarantine for 10 days upon arrival. A second test is required at the airport in Hawaii County, or recommended 72 hours after entry in Maui and Kauai counties. Visitors must also complete the ‘Safe Travels’ form and health questionnaire for entry. Those traveling between the islands of Hawaii, Maui, Kauai, Oahu, and Kalawao are subject to specific pre-travel testing or quarantine requirements. Fully vaccinated travelers will not need to undergo testing or quarantine requirements. Many non-essential businesses are allowed to operate with restrictions, but large venues and bars remain closed. Gatherings are generally limited, during which social distancing should still be practiced. Idaho
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
The state is currently in Stage Three of its reopening plan. Officials are encouraging any traveller inbound from a state with a high transmission rate to self-quarantine for 14 days. Businesses, including restaurants and retail establishments, are allowed to open if they meet additional safety requirements. Indoor and outdoor gatherings that are less than 50 are permitted. Illinois
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Retail stores, gyms, salons, and other businesses are allowed to open with safety measures in place and are largely limited to 50 percent capacity. Restaurants and bars can operate indoor, but with capacity limits. Gatherings are generally limited to 50 people. Anyone over the age of two must wear a face covering when in a public spaces where social distancing between people cannot be maintained. Chicago has a travel advisory in effect, requiring inbound individuals to obtain a negative COVID-19 test (not older than 72 hours) before arrival or self-quarantine for 10 days if coming from an ‘Orange’/high-risk designated state.

As of January 12, there are no statewide restrictions in Illinois, but visitors heading to Chicago have been placed in two categories — orange and yellow. Anyone from an orange state must quarantine for 10 days or have a negative Covid-19 test result no more than 72 hours old to avoid the quarantine. Indiana
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
There are no known mandatory travel-related quarantine restrictions at this time. Officials recommend social gatherings and events be limited based on a county’s color-coded metric. Red counties can have up to 25 people present, orange can have 50 people, yellow can have 100 people, and blue can have up to 250 people at a gathering. Iowa
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

Kansas
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
A 14-day self-quarantine is required for those who have recently travelled overseas or to a state with a high transmission of COVID-19. Kentucky
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
A 14-day quarantine is recommended for anyone traveling to Kentucky. Non-essential businesses, including retail, manufacturing, construction, gyms, theaters, and restaurants, can operate if they follow safety guidelines and limit capacity. Restaurants and bars can operate for indoor dining up to 60 percent capacity, and must stop food/drink service at 00:00 local time. Events with less than 1,000 people are limited to 60 percent of a venue’s capacity. Events with more than 1,000 participants must not exceed 50 percent of a venue’s capacity. Authorities are encouraging limiting gatherings to eight people if from two separate households. Masks are needed in indoor public spaces, on public transportation, or at events with more than 1,000 people.

Louisiana
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
There are no known mandatory travel-related quarantine restrictions at this time. Most retailers and businesses are allowed to operate with safety protocols in place. Bars and restaurants are open at full capacity. There is currently no size restriction on outdoor events; however, indoor gatherings are limited to 75 percent of the venue’s capacity or full capacity with mask enforcement. Maine
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Travelers entering Maine are required to show a negative COVID-19 test or self-quarantine for 10 days, although those coming from five nearby states are exempt. Businesses are limited to a 75 percent capacity or 50 people indoors. Gatherings are generally limited to 50 people indoors 100 people outdoors. Other event venues are capped at 50 percent capacity. Gatherings are largely limited to 25 people indoors and outdoors. Massachusetts

Michigan bars and restaurants can open for indoor dining at 50 percent capacity or 100 people (whichever is less), but must close by 23:00 local time. Many other businesses are permitted to open under restrictions with up to 50 percent capacity. Social gatherings at private residences are limited to 15 people indoors or up to 50 people outdoors from no more than three households. Indoor entertainment venues may permit entry to up to 300 people or 50 percent of the capacity (whichever is less). New Hampshire
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
A 14-day self-quarantine is required for visitors to the state, except for those coming from other New England states. Retail stores and hair salons can operate if they follow safety guidelines and limit capacity. Gyms can operate at 50 percent capacity. Beaches and hotels have reopened. New Jersey
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Travelers arriving from other states with high rates of COVID-19 are required to self-isolate for 14 days. Non-essential businesses and restaurants are allowed to operate with safety protocols and capacity limits. Gatherings are limited to 25 people indoors and 200 people outdoors. Face masks are required in grocery stores and retailers, as well as outdoors where social distancing cannot be maintained. Beginning May 19, restaurants and other businesses will no longer have a capacity restriction, indoor gatherings can increase to 50 people provided masks are worn, there will be no limit on outdoor groups, and large indoor venues can operate at 30 percent capacity.

New Mexico
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Counties are designated at either a green, yellow, or red level to determine local restrictions. Red counties restrict most businesses to 25 percent capacity or 75 customers. Restaurants are not permitted to serve indoor dining and must restrict outdoor services to 25 percent, and close by 21:00 local time. Gatherings are limited to five people. Yellow counties restrict most businesses to 25 percent capacity or up to 125 customers. Restaurants are limited to 25 percent capacity indoors and 75 percent outdoors. Gatherings are limited to 10 people. Green counties see many businesses operating at five percent capacity. Restaurants can operate up to 50 percent indoor dining and 75 percent outdoor dining. Gatherings are restricted to 20 people. Face coverings are required in public except when eating, drinking, or exercising.

New York
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Domestic and asymptomatic travelers from another state are no longer required to quarantine or test for entry; however, must complete the ‘New York State Travel Form’. All regions of the state have entered Phase Four of reopening. Restaurants may provide indoor dining at 75 percent capacity, except for in New York City where it is restrict to a 50 percent limit. Activities such as zoos, museums, some entertainment venues, and malls are reopening with limitations. Face coverings are required in public for all over the age of two when social distancing cannot be maintained. Indoor and outdoor gatherings are limited to 10 people. Authorities plan to ease restrictions on May 17 and 31, with intentions to fully reopen the economy by June 1.

North Carolina

North Dakota
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
There are no known mandatory travel-related quarantine restrictions at this time. Travelers entering North Dakota following international travel are required to self-quarantine for 14 days. The state’s Smart Restart Plan has created different recommendations in each county dividing them by color (blue, green, yellow, orange, and red). In red counties, non-essential businesses including retail, restaurants salons, gyms, and theaters should close. In orange counties, restaurants should only operate for pickup and delivery services. In yellow counties, restaurants can begin to offer indoor dining with 65 percent capacity or 200 people, whichever is less. In green counties, restaurants may open with up to 80 percent capacity or 300 people, whichever is less. Business are encouraged to enforce social distancing and other safety measures. Oregon
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Individuals over the age of five are required to wear face masks in outdoor spaces where social distancing is not possible and in indoor public areas. Counties are being split into four different risk levels. Each county’s risk level determines what its businesses and residents can do. Counties fall into lower (green), moderate (yellow), high (orange), or extreme risk (red) categories, which means each of those counties can reopen for outdoor and indoor dining. Counties considered “extreme risk” will be able to reopen gyms for outdoor activities and allow outdoor service at restaurants and bars for up to 50 people, with no more than six people per table. Concerning retail establishments in extreme risk counties, officials will be limiting capacity to 50 percent at places like malls and grocery stores. In extreme, high, or moderate-risk counties, businesses must close by 23:00 local time, while in low risk counties, they can operate until midnight.

Utah

Non-essential businesses, including retail, restaurants, and hair salons, can operate if they follow safety guidelines and limit capacity. Counties across the state are being designated under ‘high’, ‘moderate’, or ‘low’ transmission levels to determine local restrictions. In ‘high’ transmission areas, social gatherings are limited to 10 people. In ‘moderate’ transmission areas, gatherings cannot include more than 25 people. Vermont
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Travelers entering Vermont are required to self-quarantine for 14 days. Retail stores and salons are allowed to open if they follow safety guidelines and limit capacity. Restaurants and entertainment venues can operate at 50 percent capacity, but must close by 22:00 local time. Private gatherings between households are banned. Face masks are required for anyone over the age of two in public indoor and outdoor spaces where social distancing is not possible. Virginia
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
There are no known mandatory travel-related quarantine restrictions at this time. Non-essential businesses are allowed to open with retail stores operating at reduced capacity and restaurants and gyms allowed to resume indoor services. Social gatherings are limited to 50 people indoors and 100 people outdoors. Indoor sporting venues can operate with up to 30 percent capacity or 100 spectators (whichever is smaller). Face masks are required in indoor public spaces by anyone older than five. Measures are expected to be eased on May 15.

Washington
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Each state is designated as in either Phase 1, 2, or 3 for reopening. The majority of the state has moved into Phase 3, under which indoor gatherings are limited to 10 people, with outdoor meetings restricted to 50 individuals. Retailers and other businesses are limited to 50 percent capacity. Indoor dining is permitted with up to 50 percent of the tables filled. In Phase 2, gatherings should not include more than five people indoors and 15 people outdoors. Businesses must generally restrict entrance to 25 percent. Under Phase 1, indoor groups are prohibited and up to 10 members from two households may meet outdoors. Retailers are restricted to a 25 percent capacity; however, indoor dining is banned. Officials are encouraging the use of face masks in public spaces state-wide.

West Virginia

Officials have implemented an order to assign a color-coded system to each county to determine the level of restrictions (green, yellow, gold, orange, and red). Social gatherings should not include more than 100 people. Anyone over the age of nine is required to wear a face mask in indoor public spaces, when social distancing cannot be maintained.

Wisconsin

Wyoming
