Amina McIntyre

AMINA S. McINTYRE is a graduate of Colby College (BA), Indiana University, Bloomington (MA), Spalding University (MFA) and Emory University (MTS). A scholar and playwright, her creative work can be seen at the Atlanta History Museum and Oakland Cemetery. Her recent productions include the Atlanta One Minute Play Festival and the Suzan Bass Award nominated “On the Third Day” at Vanguard Rep. Amina’s work considers the intersection of spirituality and the arts with specific womanist focus on ways arts and ritual can assist in healing communities.
