Facilities Department

Org Chart

The Facilities Department is composed of four primary parts: Vanderbilt University Maintenance and Operations (VUMO), Campus Planning and Construction, Business Operations, and Vanderbilt University Real Estate (VURE). Combined, these units encompass a workforce of over 500 employees, all of whom play pivotal roles in keeping our campus running. Our organizational chart illustrates a breakdown of the key roles in each of these four units and shows how they relate to one another and to the various other work units around campus.
