Research Interests: John Weymark has applied social choice theory to provide axiomatic foundations for indices of group and inclusive fitness and to investigate the usefulness of these indices for understanding biological phenomena such as evolutionary transitions. Â More generally, he is interested in models in which organisms are treated as if they are goal-directed agents.
