Research Interests: We are a group in the Center for Human Genetics Research and our research focuses on developing statistical methods and computational tools for genetics and genomics studies and applying these tools for mapping genes associated with human diseases. We are also interested in cancer genomics and investigating genomic aberrations in cancers for early diagnosis and personalized treatment. We have extensive collaborations locally and nationally on both methodology and applied projects.
