Open Enrollment
Undergraduate Students
A student whose registration choices are denied or altered (full or canceled class, lack of prerequisite courses, etc.) may select alternate courses during the Open Enrollment period of registration. It is the student’s responsibility to ensure that their registration accurately reflects their intended enrollment.
- YES is available during Open Enrollment.
- Course changes may be made during the Open Enrollment period as published in the undergraduate academic calendar.
- A course dropped during Open Enrollment does not show on a transcript.
- Regularly enrolled students must maintain a minimum course load of 12 hours.
Graduate and Professional Students
A student whose registration choices are denied or altered (full or canceled class, lack of prerequisite courses, etc.) may select alternate courses during the Open Enrollment period of registration. Unless otherwise stated, changes should be made in YES during the Open Enrollment dates published in each school’s academic calendar. It is the student’s responsibility to ensure that their registration accurately reflects their intended enrollment.
Divinity School
- Any changes made outside of registration must be approved by the Divinity Assistant Dean for Academic Affairs.
Law School
- All short course changes made outside of the standard Open Enrollment period must be made through the Office of Academic Life.
School of Medicine
- Contact the Office of Enrollment Services with all registration questions.
