Reading Days

Reading days preceding or during exam week: No classes are held. Instructors may not use these days as due dates for assignments, and no examinations are given on these days. There are no extracurricular university-sponsored events or programming with required attendance.

In-class reading days: Classes are held as scheduled. Instructors are encouraged not to use these days as due dates for major assignments, and no examinations should be given on these days or the day immediately following. There are no extracurricular university-sponsored events or programming with required attendance.
