Dear Hank Ingram Residents,

VUIT has received reports of poor network performance in Hank Ingram House. To address the situation, a code upgrade on the network switches is necessary. The upgrade process will begin at 5:00 a.m., tomorrow morning, February 12. This will result in a 30–45-minute outage to both wired and wireless network access.
