Dear Vanderbilt Students,

As a result of the widespread AT&T outages in Tennesee, we are writing to share information on key Student Care Network services.

The on-call line for the Student Health Center is currently down. If you need care today, please visit a nearby walk-in clinic. The Student Health Center will be open Monday, December 28 to Wednesday, December 30; it is uncertain when their phone lines will be restored.

The on-call line for the University Counseling Center is also currently down. Students who need to access urgent care counseling services should call 1-800-435-2197.

We will share updates on these outages as they are available.
