People and Purpose First: Building Innovative Teams for Uncertain Times
This workshop is intended for leaders who want to build innovative teams and resilient people in virtual environments and beyond. Navigating your way through uncertainty can be improved with a person-centered approach and a solid footing in shared purpose. We will explore the power of team purpose and what it means to be human in an increasingly digital world, with tools that participants can immediately put into practice.
Hosted by Susan Douglas and Jeremiah Palmer of Vanderbilt University’s Peabody College of Education and Human Development.

There will be presentations by Wond’ry staff, fun interactive activities, student poster sessions, networking breakout rooms, and a dedicated Slack channel for interaction throughout.
