Romy Frank, Senior Language Teaching Specialist

Romy Frank

Romy received an M.A. in German and an M.A. in Applied Linguistics/TESOL from the University of Alabama and completed her “First State Examination” (Erstes Staatsexamen) in secondary education (English and French) at the Technische Universität Dresden (Germany). She has been teaching at the ELC since 2012 and her professional interests include program development, the use of language corpora and language chunks in teaching, and English for specific purposes (ESP), in particular, law and education. In her free time, Romy enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and cooking.
