At Vanderbilt Catering & Events, we blend premium cuisine with expert event coordination and design to deliver a seamless, unforgettable experience. With the introduction of our newly launched Beverage Program, we now offer a complete and comprehensive event solution.

Whether you’re hosting an intimate gathering for 10 or a signature celebration for 10,000, we promise a tailored experience that meets your unique needs. We collaborate closely with our clients to ensure every detail is thoughtfully executed, creating a stress-free event from start to finish.

The Bar Experience

Our Beverage Program offers personalized options designed to complement your unique event. Our expert team will curate the perfect selection of wine, beer, and signature cocktails based on the season, your menu, and guest preferences.

Wine and beer are sold by the bottle, based on consumption, eliminating the stress of over-purchasing and post-event storage.

Choose from our Full Bar Packages, available in standard or premium, to provide a welcoming open bar experience that guests will love.

Alcohol service is subject to a $250 minimum per event. If total consumption does not meet this minimum, the remaining balance will be applied to the final invoice.

The fine print: All pricing includes applicable state & local taxes. Pricing does not include glassware or staffing. Billing will be finalized within 48 hours of the event. The final bill will be adjusted to reflect only the wine & beer consumed. Product selections are subject to change due to seasonal availability.

Alcohol is only permitted for guests 21+, for events with undergraduate students we will follow the policy for alcohol service found on the Vanderbilt University Student Affairs website.
