Established in 2024, the Impact Awards recognize the contributions of Vanderbilt community members to student career growth. With eleven categories honoring faculty, staff, alums, parents, employer partners, and students, these annual awards celebrate the individuals who play a vital role in the professional development of students.

Selection Process

1. Nominations are open to Vanderbilt undergraduate students, graduate students, and postdoctoral fellows that the Career Center serves.

2. A selection committee composed of CAE Student Staff will review nominations and select award recipients.

3. The Career Center will recognize both nominees and award winners.
